Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I wish they had provided a chair for the table and a trash bin in the room. The hotel did offer a cell phone with service, which was a nice touch. The service was initially excellent, but I was a bit disappointed when they only offered a small discount after an issue. The location could not have been better, with easy access to many attractions. However, the dining experience was minimalistic, and the breakfast options were limited at the B&B.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with superb views of the Domingo De Ramos processions in Madrid. The rooms are cozy but on the small side, could use more separation from the bathroom. The front desk staff goes out of their way to assist, though they are often busy. Its outstanding central location near shops, restaurants, and key attractions make it a great choice to explore Madrid.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were smaller than advertised but still lovely, stylish, and very comfortable. I stayed on the 4th floor at the front of the building, and my room had a sleeping sofa and a desk, which was quite convenient.
I was impressed by the central location of the hotel, close to all the main attractions in Madrid. The rooms were comfortable and modern, although I stayed in a smaller one on the first floor. The service was top-notch with very helpful and caring staff. The dining experience, though not a full breakfast, was delightful with a variety of items. Overall, a great value for the money.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and organized upon arrival, which was different from the picture when booking. The bed was comfy and spotless, and the little brekkie bag on the door each morning was a nice touch. The room had enough space, a single comfortable bed, a mini fridge with complementary water, free postcards, and a terrace.
The hotel offers cozy rooms that are small but comfortable, with a nice big bed and awesome big windows blocking out street noise. The service is incredibly kind and warm, making my stay super enjoyable. The location is fantastic, placing you right at the heart of Madrid. The dining experience was convenient with a variety of choices. A well-kept facility with friendly staff overall.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found that the rooms were spotless and well-designed, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff making my check-in and stay smooth. The location on Fuencarral shopping street was convenient for exploring the city, although some noise could be heard from the bustling street. The dining experience, while offering complimentary drinks and fruit, was smaller than expected. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with a lovely shower, even though it was very hot at night without the heating on. The service was friendly and chill, and the location was great, close to bars and restaurants. The dining experience was minimalistic but nice.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, right next to La Gran Vía and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms, while a bit small, were incredibly comfortable and had a lovely roof terrace. The service was top-notch, with professional and efficient staff who even offered free drinks. The dining experience, with a daily delivery of delicious croissants, fruit, and coffee, was a delightful touch. However, the presence of black fungus in the bathroom did make the room smell less fresh than desired.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were equipped with good double-glazed windows, keeping the noise out, but it was challenging to enjoy the balconies due to the noise. Despite that, the individual air conditioning system was effective in cooling the room. However, it got very hot at night even without the heating on.
The hotel rooms were spacious, stylish, and comfortable, though slightly smaller than expected from the photos. The open closet didn't offer enough storage space, making it challenging to unpack properly. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially considering the central location in Soho, London. The dining options were good, but the size of the baby cot restricted the room reservation. The hotel's position near two metro stations allowed quick access to most of Madrid, which was ideal for sightseeing. The surrounding area had nice bars and restaurants within a short walk to Sol, making it very convenient.
